Next Day - £10
Standard Delivery - £5

Europe:
Express (3 to 4 days) - £15

Rest of World:
Express (3 to 4 days) - £20

USA & Canada:
Express (3 to 4 days) - £20

• Next Day Delivery placed before 12pm will arrive the next working day. Orders placed during the weekend will arrive by Tuesday.
 
• Most orders will be sent out the same or next working day on an overnight delivery (UK only)
• Rest of the world delivery time will take 3-5 days.
• An email will be sent containing your tracking number to monitor when delivery will be made.
• Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery on the scheduled date.
NON EU | Important information: import tax maybe charged on none eu orders according to the delivery countries laws. Refusal of parcels will result in return charges being deducted from any refund. Please refer to your own countries laws before ordering.

To return an item which is faulty or sent in error then please email warehouse@nhollandltd.co.uk to arrange collection of the item. 
 
To arrange collection please email warehouse@nhollandltd.co.uk - the courier service will only give us a day of collection (mon-fri) and not a specific time so the parcel will need to be packed and ready for collection for the whole day you are notified of. Collections will be charged at £10.95 (Uk only) and deducted from any refund.Clients outside of the uk please for a quote on collection of items warehouse@nhollandltd.co.uk
 
Returns EU Countries
Items must be returned within 21 days of the dispatch email date. Items that have had the swing tags removed will not be eligible for return so please check your item on receipt. All returns will be at the customers expense unless sent in error by Holland Esquire or the product is faulty. If you wish to return an item(s) then please return your item(s) in the original packaging or suitable alternative marking on the yellow returns form the item(s) you are returning and why. Items that are returned in unsuitable packaging meaning that garments are not received back in the condition they were sent will not be eligible for a refund and either returned to the customer or a pressing fee of £15.00 will be charged.  Items returned without Suit bags and Coat Hangers will have a fee of £15 deducted from any refund. If you wish to exchange for another item of equal or less value then please note on the form and a replacement item will be sent on receipt of and checking of your return item. A credit will be made for any difference in value. If you wish to exchange for a higher value item then you will need to re-order through the website and a credit will be made for your original order.

Returns NON EU Countries
YOU MUST MARK ALL RETURN PARCELS WITH UK RETURN GOODS (STICKER INCLUDED) CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGING. 
THIS AVOIDS EXTENSIVE DELAYS AND IMPORT TAX AT CUSTOMS IN THE RETURN TO US OF YOUR PARCEL. 
IF THESE MEASURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED YOUR RETURN PARCEL WILL BE REFUSED.
